the Fish are and How to Catch 'Em! |
Pike:
The pike fishing has been great with lots of fish taken and
lots of big, big fish sighted! Hoggs Bay, Midland Bay have had
good reports!
Top Lure: 3" to 5" minnows, Williams Jig
Spoon
Walleye: This big fish came out of Hoggs Bay. There are
a few brave souls fishing in Waubashene! Six Mile Lake has
been good as well. Fish in 8' to 12' of water - find a little
weedbed!
Top Lure: Buckshot spoons, Swedish Pimple
Perch: Anglers are fishing in the 20' to 40; range in
Midland Bay & in 8' to 12' in Hoggs Bay! Try a rocker
spoon with or without a small emerald.
Top Lure: Small Buckshot, Rocker Spoons
Herring: Herring are in the same areas and depth as the
perch in Midland Bay (20' to 40'). Try a Buckshot Spoon with a
Gypsi Jig dropper on it!
